Consultant Neurophysiologist – Adult EMG

Position: Consultant in Adult Electromyography (EMG) – Senior Clinical Neurophysiology.
Location: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery, London.
Salary: £113,565 – £150,569 per annum plus London weighting (on‑call Cat B 1 %).
Contract: Permanent, Full time – 10 sessions per week (out‑of‑hours commitment detailed in attached Job Description).

Job Overview

As a consultant neurophysiologist you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that reports adult EMG studies for outpatients and inpatient wards within UCLH.

Main Duties

• Run a clinic as per timetable (usually one day per week, with cross‑cover for leave).
• Be available during normal weekday office hours for consultations with neurologists, psychiatrists or neurosurgeons regarding inpatients and facilitate inpatient consultations on request.
