A rapidly growing boutique management consultancy is seeking a Consultant. The firm offers 3 main servicesoperational excellence, operating model (re-)design and strategy execution. The Consultant will work with clients to manage delivery of one or more complex work streams or a small project in a range of consulting engagements.

Main Duties Manage delivery of one or more complex work streams or a small project in a range of consulting engagements, the majority of which will have an operational excellence component Work with and manage junior consultants and third party/associate consultants Work with and develop client joint team members, helping them to develop core consulting skills Coach our clients to help them develop new skills, grow and progress Develop sales and marketing collateral including web content, case studies, service offering descriptions Support our sales and business development activities Requirements Management consulting experience advising clients on l...
