The primary focus of this role is to lead new customer implementations while also retaining and strengthening our existing customer base through a personalized account management approach. This includes ensuring clients achieve optimal value from our technology within their unique operating environments.
The role involves a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities to ensure solutions are effectively implemented, utilized, and maintained. The successful candidate will be proactive in identifying opportunities and will take ownership of managing projects, resources, and the implementation of software solutions and service contracts for both new and existing customers.
