An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cardiothoracic Anaesthetist working at a consultant level to join our Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia team at MFT. This could be suited to a range of candidates including cardiothoracic anaesthetists, cardiac intensivists or those wishing to do both. Person specification will vary to the type of post you are seeking.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within the Greater Manchester tertiary cardio-thoracic service hosted at MFT, undertaking a very broad spectrum of clinical activity with the opportunity to become involved in quality improvement projects and audit/research.

The Directorate of Anaesthesia and Critical Care currently has opportunities to be part of the consultant team, based at the Wythenshawe site, with additional scope to work on other sites within the Trust.
