You will play a key role in shaping services for frailty, complex care, and chronic conditions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and enhance quality of life.
The successful candidate will be GMC registered with specialist accreditation in Geriatric Medicine and demonstrate strong clinical leadership, innovation, and a passion for elderly care.
