This role is suited to senior surgeons with strong operative exposure, leadership capabilities, and experience managing high-volume surgical caseloads.

• Lead elective and emergency surgical services.
• Advanced laparoscopic procedures.
• Complex abdominal and gastrointestinal surgery.
• Supervise junior surgeons and surgical support staff.
• Multidisciplinary perioperative care planning.
• Participate in surgical governance initiatives, quality improvement and patient safety programs.
• Emergency and on‑call surgical coverage.
