Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced burn and reconstructive surgeries, including skin grafting, microsurgery, debridement, and scar revision
• Lead multidisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient management
• Oversee critical burn care, wound management, and post-surgical rehabilitation plans
• Maintain adherence to infection control and surgical safety protocols
• Contribute to research, academic training, and quality improvement programs
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, psychologists, and nursing teams to optimize patient recovery
• Support development of burns care pathways and clinical governance initiatives
