Consultant General Medicine Respiratory Physician – Rotorua Hospital, Health New Zealand Lakes, Permanent, Full Time.
The successful applicant will be tasked with inpatient and outpatient respiratory work and will also undertake general medicine ward rounds on a regular basis, including weekend and on‑call cover, to support service and hospital outputs.
The role is divided into an off‑ward component where elective work is undertaken and on‑wards managing patients. This position offers opportunities to broaden your knowledge through adaptability and engagement.
You will join a growing team of physicians across subspecialties such as Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Palliative Care, and Oncology. The department is expanding to meet the needs of the population and seeks someone fluid and adaptable.
