The ideal candidate must have practical experience in both the food industry and management systems consultancy, with the ability to independently handle implementation, documentation, training, and certification projects related to food safety standards.

• Conduct gap assessments and compliance audits.
• Develop, implement, and review Food Safety Management System documentation.
• Prepare manuals, procedures, SOPs, HACCP studies, risk assessments, and operational records.
• Implement and maintain HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and BRCGS systems for clients.
