CMDB Process Owner & ServiceNow CMDB Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced CMDB Process Owner & ServiceNow CMDB Coordinator to lead the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow CMDB environment.

In this role, you will own the Configuration Management process , ensuring a reliable and high-quality CMDB that supports IT Service Management (ITSM) , operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. You will act as the key link between technical teams, stakeholders, and ITSM governance.



Key Responsibilities

Own and govern the Configuration Management process aligned with ITIL best practices

Define and maintain CI classes, attributes, and relationship models

Configure and optimize ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping

Drive CMDB roadmap, maturity, and adoption across the organization
