About the role
As part of our Takapuna Customer Hub Team, you’ll be in a frontline customer service role, supporting our customers to achieve their goals and manage their day-to-day banking across our everyday banking, insurance, investment, and lending products. You will provide an excellent customer experience by building relationships and understanding our customer’s needs and different life stages.
You’ll educate our customers to adopt digital tools, helping them to resolve problems and improve their confidence. You will play a big part in achieving our customer service and business goals, ultimately providing customers with an award-winning customer service and supporting them to Bank Better.
