Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

NHS Lanarkshire presents a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative and collaborative large CAMHS service. We are looking to recruit three consultant child and adolescent psychiatrists to NHS Lanarkshire to join a supportive consultant psychiatry team.

The dynamic CAMHS service has undergone significant recent development and enhancement. There have been system redesigns to enhance patient care such as the expansion of the CAMHS Tier 4 teams and the implementation of measures to support consultant psychiatrists. The latter has included the development and expansion of a prescribing pharmacy workforce in the service. There has also been the creation of a Children and Young People’s Neurodevelopmental Service which sits alongside CAMHS.
