Responsibilities

• Full-time position based at the HQ office, with a focus on generating calls.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls.
• Connect with potential customers to actively promote and introduce the diverse range of products available at VX Garage.
• Prior experience in handling customer highly desirable.
• Consistently strives to meet KPI targets through strategic negotiation and successful deal closures.

Requirements

• Candidate available to start immediately.
• Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills when engaging with customers.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
• Must have a service-oriented mindset with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Ability to effectively use company-provided scripts to handle customer objections. <...
