Roles and Responsibilities
Apply structured change management methodologies to lead change activities, assess change impacts, and develop tailored strategies that maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to embed change management into project plans, ensuring alignment across initiatives and supporting seamless execution.
- Work with key change sponsors, coach senior leaders and C-level executives in their sponsor roles, and provide direct support to frontline managers and supervisors during transitions.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate change-related risks; proactively manage anticipated resistance to ensure smooth adoption and stakeholder alignment.
- Create actionable change deliverables such as stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and training plans. Develop engaging communication collaterals including emailers, banners, videos, and posters to support awareness and engagement.
