Position Overview
What you will be working on: - Responding to consular calls and emails from Singaporeans and their families who reached out to MFA for assistance and keeping relevant MFA Overseas Missions and HQ departments informed.
- Ensuring that requests from the public are responded to, properly e‑logged for records and follow‑up.
- Maintaining and ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of the MFA CRC and its transformation to a Crisis Management Centre (CMC) during crises.
- Monitoring and reporting breaking news on world events (disasters and emergencies) to MFA's Consular Directorate and working with relevant Overseas Missions and HQ departments to reach out to overseas Singaporeans in the affected area(s).
