Rate: Up to $95 per hour (dependent on experience)

Hours: 2:1 roster, 12-hour days

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead site-based activities on a major transmission line project. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will provide frontline leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of construction works across civil and electrical scopes. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all site construction activities
• Coordinate labour, plant, subcontractors, and materials to meet project requirements
• Manage daily work fronts and short-term planning activities
• Monitor productivity, schedule performance, and construction quality
• Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety engagements
