The Superintendent works alongside Project Operations and Field Management to foster great client relationships, develop our employees, and oversee the construction of safe, high quality, profitable, and on schedule renewable projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Passionately builds the team by attracting, interviewing, assessing, mentoring, and retaining Top Performers

+ Provides on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones

+ Leads and enforces the safety policies and procedures and addresses non-compliance among all employees, subcontractors, and vendors

+ Executes the project by use of the Quality Management System. Recognizes any potential patterns of rework, and develops solutions to eliminate it
