We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee community solar projects located throughout Illinois. These projects range from 1 to 2.5 MW in size. The successful candidate will manage daily operations and administrative duties on-site, working closely with sub-vendors and foremen to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
Responsibilities

+ Manage day-to-day operations and administrative duties on-site.

+ Report directly to the Senior Construction Manager with daily progress and safety updates.

+ Oversee sub-vendors and coordinate with their foremen.

+ Enforce safety and regulatory policies and procedures.

+ Set daily and weekly productivity standards for contractors and subcontractors.
