Job Title: Construction Superintendent – Commercial Interior Build Outs
Job Description
This role supports field operations on commercial interior construction projects by assisting with the day-to-day execution of work under the direction of senior field leadership. The Superintendent I helps coordinate site activities, track progress, and ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project plans, schedules, and quality standards. The position offers the opportunity to build foundational leadership and construction management skills while contributing to a well-organized, safe, and collaborative jobsite environment across a variety of interior projects.
Responsibilities

+ Assist with daily field operations under the direction of the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent to support smooth project execution.

+ Support tracking of daily work activities, production progress, and manpower to maintain accurate field reporting.
