Position Overview
Construction Planning & Execution: Plan and execute day-to-day construction activities as per the project schedule Ensure proper construction sequencing and site logistics management Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of work. Coordinate execution activities, including RCC, piling, block-work, plastering, finishing, and other civil works Drawing & Technical Coordination: Study GFC (Good for Construction) drawings thoroughly before execution Identify discrepancies in drawings and raise RFIs where required Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for technical clarifications Site Supervision & Workforce Management: Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams at the site Monitor labor deployment against planned manpower requirements Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards Quality Control & Safety: Inspect reinforcement, shuttering/form-work (including aluminum shuttering), and concre...
