Position Overview
Become a key player in managing construction contracts as a Construction Services Coordinator. Engage with contractors and ensure compliance with quality standards while addressing contract management risks.
In this role, you will administer medium-complexity contracts, engage in negotiations with contractors and consultants, and monitor progress while enforcing compliance with all regulations. You'll work closely with Client-Partners and site teams, managing schedules and quality specifications effectively.
