A growing construction company is seeking a Safety Coordinator to help promote workplace safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and support field operations across multiple project sites. This position will work closely with project managers, superintendents, and leadership to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping teams operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Safety Program Administration

+ Conduct jobsite safety inspections and audits

+ Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies

+ Assist with incident investigations and corrective action plans

+ Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation

+ Coordinate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions

Compliance & Risk Management
