We are seeking a Construction Quality Manager to be the primary on-site contact for our client, a leading social housing provider. You will ensure that construction projects are executed to the highest standards. This role involves overseeing the construction process from initial drawings and specifications through to completion, ensuring all aspects meet exemplary standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact on site, ensuring construction adheres to required issue drawings and specifications.
• Provide buildability advice during RIBA stages 1 to 4 and manage all construction elements during RIBA stage 5, ensuring a safe, defect-free handover.
