Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering N.E.C. (including construction engineering, construction technology & materials)
At least 8 years of experience in Singapore in Residential Condo, Factory, Office, Warehouse Projects and at least one of the projects as a Project Manager.
Salary: Up to $18,000

Roles & Responsibilities
Study the given project and develop a master program and site facilities plan to meet the contractual schedule.
Plan the project budget, quality plan and manpower to meet the project’s budget and contract requirements.
Lead the staff in working with client/consultants on the project work scope to achieve satisfactory quality and workmanship.
Work with HQ Respective Departments on the site budget, safety management system and ISO Documentation.
