Collaboration with Superintendents and project team members to develop master schedules, project logistics, and start-up plans is essential. Your role involves managing subcontractor and supplier buyout, contract negotiations, procurement, and material deliveries while ensuring jobsite safety, quality control, compliance with contract documents, and adherence to project standards.
