Responsibility:
To work mainly on a JV low rise detached house project in Vu Yen Island, Hai Phong City.
1. Go to the NVY’s construction site daily from Monday to Friday to manage the construction schedule, construction quality, cost control and prepare project construction report ( weekly & monthly ) on the current situation internally by creating appropriate documents.
2. Cooperate with Vietnamese contractors and Japanese partners to check site and organize their comments and feedbacks.
3. Check drawings and give feedbacks to enhance the usage and quality.
4. Giving proposals to JV partners, to enhance the construction quality, reporting defects on site, and sharing feedbacks for drawing check
5. Communicate well with JV partner’s engineer team in Vietnamese and understand their intention, and create a good relationship
6. Interpret conversation between Vietnamese and English during meetings.
