**Position Description:**

The Construction Project Manager – Construction Services leads and coordinates the daily field operations of the in-house construction team delivering renovation, remodeling, and small capital projects (typically up to $1M). This position directly supervises in-house project team of approximately 10 skilled trades personnel including carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general craftsmen and several external contractors. The position plans, direct and coordinate construction projects through direct reports. Participate in the conceptual development of projects and oversee organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
