We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Accountant to join our team in the East Lyme area. In this role, you will provide critical support to project managers and the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry standards. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of project accounting processes.


Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers to generate detailed and accurate job cost reports upon request.

• Prepare, issue, and monitor subcontracts, ensuring compliance with completion percentages within Acumatica.

• Review subcontractor invoices for accuracy and compliance, approving them for data entry when appropriate.
