This Construction Manager role is an exciting opportunity that is a fast moving position working from our Austin, TX office. This role is responsible for managing ongoing requests for replacement equipment or small project support initiated through the PERF intake system or other Store Development platforms and tools. This position reports directly to an Executive Leader and oversees the tactical execution of requests, as well as reporting to key stakeholders. Works closely with peers in Store Development to get projects over the finish line in a timely manner by cultivating a team environment of shared fate, communication, service and accountability. Builds and maintains strong relationships with contractors, service providers, equipment suppliers, as well as stakeholders in store operations and regional leadership.
