The Civil Execution Manager is responsible for execution of high-rise structural works using aluminium formwork systems (MIVAN/Aluform), ensuring cycle time achievement, quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules.
Aluminium Formwork Execution
Plan and execute aluminium shuttering (MIVAN/Aluform) activities for slabs, walls, beams, and core structures.Ensure proper erection, alignment, leveling, and de-shuttering of formwork.Monitor and achieve target cycle time (floor cycle) for repetitive floors.Coordinate for panel shifting, cleaning, oiling, and maintenance.Reinforcement & Concreting
