Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for townhouse and villa developments. Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and company quality standards. Monitor project progress against approved schedules and implement corrective actions where required. Oversee structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works to ensure timely completion. Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment resources on site. Monitor and evaluate contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project milestones. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
