Position Overview
To lead, manage, and oversee all construction activities on-site, ensuring that the project is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
Responsibilities Business Development & Coordination with the Business Development Department - Liaise with clients and look for new opportunities, then give feedback to BDD for follow-up.
- An opportunity for other discipline services to clients to explain and brief about value-added service to clients to supply if any.
Proposal preparation and coordination with the proposal team. - Feedback lesson learnt from previews project to tender team for future cost estimation.
- Leading the project (VO) proposal preparation in the project.
