Position Overview
Job Description - Oversee daily operations of structural repair and skimming/coating projects
- Plan project schedule, manpower, and material requirements
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and site supervisors
- Ensure work quality meets specifications and BCA/industry standards
- Monitor project progress and resolve site issues promptly
- Manage site safety compliance (WSH regulations, PTW, etc.)
- Control project cost, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Review drawings, method statements, and material submissions
- Lead and supervise site teams, foremen, and subcontractors
- Prepare progress reports and attend site meetings
Job Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
