Construction Management End‑to‑end management of the project lifecycle including scheduling, supervision, installation sequencing, and compliance with technical and client requirements. Financial & Commercial Management Manage contracts, budgets, financial forecasting, progress claims, variations, commercial terms, and procurement schedules. Safety, Compliance & Quality Ensure adherence to Singapore WSH regulations, site safety rules, inspections, quality controls, and CRS standards.
