**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced **Construction Manager / Site Superintendent (SS)** to serve as the on-site leader for residential earthmoving and environmental remediation projects in New York/New Jersey or surrounding areas in the Northeast.

The Site Superintendent is the primary on-site point of contact responsible for overseeing all project work and must remain on-site throughout active construction operations. This role requires strong field leadership, experience in hazardous waste cleanup oversight, and a thorough understanding of New Jersey construction regulations and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing residential earthmoving operations and supervising hazardous waste cleanup personnel while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
