About the Role

We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor to hire an experienced Construction Manager to lead large-scale LTA/infrastructure projects, including MRT, rail depot, or major civil works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and productivity, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and mitigate potential delays.
