KDG Construction Consulting is seeking a Construction Manager to lead and coordinate construction activities within a high-priority, large-scale infrastructure modernization environment. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is responsible for managing the Construction Contractor (Design-Build and/or CMAR) and acting as the primary liaison for all pre-construction and construction activities. The Construction Manager will lead safety, security, and quality for assigned programs, ensuring schedule certainty and budget delivery while maintaining a strong health, safety, and environmental culture.
