Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join RCS-CM LLC, a leading Construction Management Owner’s Representative (CMOR) firm serving HOAs and multifamily communities across Southern California. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional, managing high-value HOA projects and driving operational excellence.
You will oversee multiple construction projects—including waterproofing, balcony repairs, roofing, painting, wood replacement, and structural restoration—ranging from $100K to $10M. As the Owner’s Representative, you’ll lead planning and execution, present to HOA boards, facilitate town hall meetings, and ensure quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to shape the future of our HOA division.
