Job Description
This is a short-term project involving the replacement of a material handling lift in a clean room pharmaceutical space. The Construction Manager will oversee and manage contractors, including supervisors, foremen, and trade leads, ensuring that all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities

+ Oversee and manage contractors, supervisors, foremen, and trade leads.

+ Monitor daily progress and coordinate trades to maintain the schedule.

+ Provide safety oversight and collaborate with site safety personnel on permitting and compliance.

+ Operate in and around active utility systems, including live energy environments.

+ Complete daily reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.

+ Document notes and photos to track progress and address any issues that may arise.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience.
