Position Overview
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Construction Project Manager will actively oversee and direct all phases of construction projects, including but not limited to schedule, budget, management of vendors and payment for services rendered, as well as on time and on budget delivery of Murphy USA retail projects. This position will manage 12-14 projects per year.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage field construction personnel, quality of construction and ability to meet construction schedules to ensure project effectiveness and efficiency.
2. Complete site inspection of construction projects to ensure quality of work.
3. Assist with building design to encourage cost savings and efficient construction.
4. Manage construction personnel to reduce turnover and increase project engagement.
5. Maintain project schedules and construction budgets to ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects.
