Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules in line with client requirements.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget.
• Coordinate with design team to review plans, specifications and drawings.
• Source materials and equipment needed for construction projects.
• Hire and supervise contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards are met.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and legal requirements.
• Prepare progress reports for clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
