Overview

The Construction Manager (Electrical) will be responsible for the full spectrum of design review, procurement, construction, T&C and handover.

Your role

• Conduct project coordination meetings with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate authority submissions and approvals.
• Track, coordinate and facilitate responses to RFIs, CORs, project needs.
• Manage coordination of approvals for shop drawings, model reviews, vendor documents approvals, etc.
• Manage final accounts closing.

About You

• Degree holder in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical/Control/ELV System including General Electrical, ELV, CCTV, IT System, BMS, EMS etc.
• MEP construction management experience in Pharma/Industrial projects with overall project management capabilities, site planning, monitoring, and schedule control.
