We are seeking to hire a talented Construction Manager for one of our clients based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Note that projects will be across UAE.

Authorities: 

• Schedule, organize and supervise smooth functions of the project and delegate authorities to Project/Site Engineers, Foreman and Charge Hands for proper and effective use of manpower, equipment & other resources.
• Evaluate & take appropriate prompt actions for the Quality, Health, Security and Safety & Welfare of all employees at the Projects.
• Organize & manage all resources and project construction activities to achieve an efficient and effective completion of the contract, within the agreed time and cost.
• Plan, execute, monitor contractual commitment of the project & liaise with Client/Consultant Engineers & Local Authorities for project requirements.
