Job Title: Construction Manager
The Construction Manager leads new builds, renovations, and expansions of large-scale fulfillment and industrial facilities across the United States, with a focus on retrofit, expansion, and initiative projects. To be considered, you must have a proven track record of managing projects with a minimum size of 150,000 square feet and budgets of approximately $20 million or more.
This role oversees all aspects of preconstruction, including design, scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. The Construction Manager collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors project progress while ensuring compliance with design criteria, spending guidelines, and transaction policies.
