Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in El-Ain. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Fluency in English and experience working with Indian contractors are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project budgets and timelines
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure on-time completion
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
