We are seeking a Construction Management Professional Intermediate to work in Houston, TX and various unanticipated worksites in the US.

In this role, you will:

Monitor project financials and assisting in cost control: assist the project manager in reviewing change order proposals, contractor pay applications, and invoices to confirm compliance with scope, pricing guidelines, and contractual terms. Help identify cost overruns or unjustified expenditures and support the team in maintaining budget accuracy and financial accountability. Document and coordinate meetings with stakeholders: coordinate and attend meetings involving architects, engineers, contractors, and client representatives. Prepare agendas, record detailed meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
