We are currently instructed by a specialist boutique law firm operating within the projects and construction sector across the Middle East. The firm is seeking to engage a senior Construction Litigation Lawyer on a fully remote, consultancy basis.
This role is best suited to experienced lawyers qualified in England & Wales (or another commonwealth jurisdiction like Australia and/or New Zealand, for example), with at least 8 yearsβ post-qualification experience and a strong track record gained within leading international or City law firms.
The position offers a flexible, non-exclusive consultancy arrangement, making it particularly attractive to lawyers already operating on a contract or portfolio basis. The firm can typically provide around 20 hours of work per week, with potential for this to increase over time depending on workflow.
