You will advise on consultant appointments, warranties, construction and development contracts, in a range of sectors including living, office, retail life sciences, energy industrials and transport. You will have the opportunity to get involved in high-value international arbitration and adjudication matters. Ideally you will have solid construction litigation experience with good experience of the TCC, adjudication process, preparing pleadings, preparing witness and expert statements.
