You will act for a wide range of clients — including developers, building owners, main contractors, subcontractors, and consultants — on disputes involving, for example, delay, defects, and professional negligence. The team works across a range of sectors including commercial real estate and infrastructure. You will be involved at every stage of the dispute process including mediation, adjudication, arbitration, and litigation.
