**Job Title: Construction Laborer**
**Job Description**
The construction laborer supports basement restoration and repair projects by removing water and debris, cleaning and sanitizing affected areas, and assisting with structural repairs. This role operates a variety of tools and equipment, performs physically demanding tasks in wet and dirty environments, and helps ensure all work meets health and safety standards while maintaining an efficient workflow with the team.

**Responsibilities**

+ Remove water and debris from flooded basements using pumps, wet vacuums, and other specialized equipment.
+ Clean and sanitize affected areas thoroughly to prevent mold and mildew growth.
+ Dispose of damaged materials and items in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.
